Our 1760's Dutch Barn, originally from Johnstown and moved to the site in 1999, is a beautiful setting for a wedding. Located along the banks of the Mohawk River it is a picturesque setting that lends a unique and rustic charm to any event. The cost to rent the Dutch Barn is $2,200, with a $1,00 non-refundable deposit required to hold the space.

Our Coggeshall Conference Room, which can accommodate up to 24 people, is located in our new George E. Franchere Educational Center at the Mabee Farm Historic Site. Audio visual equipment is available upon request. The cost per hour is $25, the cost per day is $200, $100 for non-profits.

Our Reilly Solar Picnic Pavilion is located on the grounds of the Mabee Farm Historic Site, overlooking the beautiful Mohawk River. This space has a seated capacity of up to 100 people. The cost to rent the Pavilion for the day is $250, $100 for non-profit organizations. At this time, we do not rent the Pavilion for weddings.
