Gourmet was so on top of things, there wasn't any room for me to worry if anything was left out. Our ceremony was supposed to be outdoors, but since it was going to rain, they decided to hold it indoors at the venue. The transition between changing the main room from a ceremony set up to round, set tables was so seamless, I didn't even realize it had happened. There were a few times during the wedding when I saw the coordinator discussing issues with staff, but I felt so confident that they would take care of things that I walked away happily. The food was phenomenal as well. We did passed appetizers and food stations, and I wish people would have left me alone so I could eat to my heart's content! The food was better than many expensive restaurants I've been to. We were event sent off at the end of the day with a little plate of cookies. At first it was hard to get immediate responses to my worried questions via email, but I realize now that there was no need. Gourmet really had a great handle on things, knowing what furniture the venue already had, therefore minimizing extra rentals, what linen company to use, the best silverware, everything. They decorated the station tables beautifully and tastefully as well, eliminating the need to order more floral arrangements. They really understand budgets, and know the best places to splurge and where it's ok to cut back. You're in good hands if you choose Gourmet.
