Stacy couldn’t have been more helpful. From first contact to follow-up contacts, she stayed in touch, and her response to my inquiries were almost immediate! The space worked well for our Celebration of Life for my mother. I didn’t know how many people were coming, so Stacy set it up for 96 seated guests. We took down a few tables when we arrived for better flow, but it was nice to have them in case we needed all the tables. We were able to play background music through the easy to use sound system, and play a slideshow of memories on all 4 TVs from my laptop. The acoustics of the room make it possible for everyone to hear, as long as the person speaking is loud enough. The small seating area made it possible for people to sit and talk in a more intimate setting. The kitchen setup was wonderful. The center island was a great area to set up extra items, and we used the front of the counter to serve the buffet and the back to set up a bar. Be aware: there is nothing there to keep food warm, as it is only a catering kitchen. But the refrigerator and freezer were more than large enough for our supplies that needed to stay cold. There was plenty of parking available because the Speedway next door (at this time) is not in business. The two bathrooms were plenty for the group. Everything was immaculate when we arrived. I am so glad that I found The Meeting Point for our gathering. The price is very affordable and the service and response from Stacy were faultless.
