Terms and Conditions
There is a refundable deposit of $100 for custom signage and $50 for neon signs to reserve the event date, this deposit is refunded after the client returns rentals within 48 hours of the event conclusion.
The cost of each rental includes customization. Seating charts have an up-charge based on guest count for materials.
50% of the final fee is due in order to book and the final payment is due 1 month before the event.
Orders will be completed and ready for pickup 4 before the event date.
Rentals must be returned within 48 hours after the event without damage to receive a deposit refund.
A rush fee of $100 will be added to projects that book 2 weeks before their event date.
