Policies
Gray Stone Pines Wedding Venue will not be responsible or liable for accidents, illness, injury, loss or inclement weather.
Any damages to the property will be billed to the responsible party.
No smoking is allowed inside the home, or reception/tent area, or in the barn.
We are not responsible for items left or lost at our facility.
No sparklers, fireworks, or matches (as favors) allowed, due to fire hazard and injury. No aisle runners.
Cabarrus county noise ordinance prohibits the emission or production of amplified music beyond 11:00 pm. All DJ’s and bands booked at our facility must be compliant with this law.
Alcohol Policy: Champagne / Wine / Wine Coolers / Beer will require a Licensed Bartender to serve. No Open Bars, Liquor or Open Containers allowed on premises. No alcohol allowed in the home or in the parking lot areas. No alcohol served prior to the reception and everything must be served in a glass or plastic cup. The Bar will not open until the Reception begins. THIS POLICY IS STRICTLY ENFORCED and applies to both the Bridal Party and Guests.
