PRICING:
We offer two general flat rates:
• Half-day at $500
• Full-day at $975.
· Optional add-ons include a $75 fee for our crew to clean the hall before use and another $75 for post-event cleanup (otherwise, the renter is responsible for cleaning).
· We also offer a $100 option to create and display a slideshow on our large screen.
· For a JBC staff member to be on-site during the event, there is a $100 fee.
CAPACITY:
• The space can accommodate over 100 people for a sit-down dinner. We only provide 60 *elegant chairs*. If you need more chairs, you may rent from a chair rental company.
• For lectures or chair-only events, we can accommodate comfortably 150 people, and up to 200 with a little squeezing.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
• The hall is not available on Friday afternoon and Saturday.
• Should you plan to provide food for your event, it MUST be sourced from the vendors and caterers listed on the JBC Hall reservation form.

· Standing or buffet-style: Accommodates up to 125 guests
· Theater-style seating (chairs without tables): 150 attendees. The space can accommodate up to 200 with a little squeezing.
