Your date will be held upon contract signing and receipt of 50% non-refundable deposit. Remainder of payment is due a minimum of 14 days prior to your event and is also non-refundable once received. We are able to reschedule an event with no penalty, pending availability of the business calendar.
Your rental fee of the second floor includes the agreed upon time in the space, rectangular tables, folding chairs, and an on-site team member for the duration of your event.
