Terms and Conditions - Classic DJ Package 1. Booking and Payment: * A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure the booking. * The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. 2. Cancellation Policy: * If canceled 14 days or more before the event, the deposit is forfeited. * If canceled less than 14 days before the event, the full payment is due. 3. Event Details: * The client must provide the venue and event details (timing, playlist preferences, etc.) at least 14 days before the event. * Any changes to the event details after this period may incur additional charges. 4. Equipment and Staff: * The DJ will provide all necessary equipment. * The client is responsible for providing a safe and suitable performance area. 5. Performance: * The DJ will play a mix of music genres and styles unless otherwise specified. * The client can request specific songs or genres, but the DJ reserves the right to use their discretion. 6. Liability and Indemnity: * The DJ is not liable for any damage or injury caused by the client or their guests. * The client indemnifies the DJ against any claims or legal action arising from the event. 7.
