Private Party Payment Policies Prepayments. We accept personal check, credit cards, or cash when securing simulator space/time for a private event at X-Golf. If you are reserving the facility in its entirety, or your reservation includes a Holiday, or Golf Holiday, your deposit is non-refundable. Your final food count for catering is due no less than 72 hours prior to the event. You will be charged for the food at this time. Failure to pay for food on this date will subject your event to cancellation. Beverages will be paid for at the time of the event. Guest Count A final count of attendance must be received by 72 hours prior to the event. You will be charged for the final count, or the number in attendance, whichever is greater. Service Hours Each private event at X-Golf receives increased attention from our guest services personnel. The service hours are estimated at the time of booking your event. Should your event require additional service hours, these hours will be billed at the close of the event and should be paid in full at this time. Cancellations A notification of cancellation is due within 72 hours of the date of the event. All non-refundable deposits will not be redeemed. Of Note Your reservation includes the number of simulators reserved at the start time of your reservation, and ends at the end time of your reservation. This time must include all set up and clean up time. If you would like additional time to decorate, or “set up” your event, you must reserve added time. You will be asked to exit the simulator space(s) at the conclusion of your reservation. You and your party are welcome to stay at X-Golf, but you must leave the Simulator seating area at the conclusion of your reservation for the next guests. All reservations include (5) minutes of service / instruction time each hour.
