Deposit: 25% or $1,000 (whichever is greater) non-refundable deposit due at signing of contract.
An additional 25% is required 60 calendar days prior to your event date.
The remaining balance is due 30 calendar days prior to your event date.
Confirmed guest headcount is due 15 business days prior to the event and any changes made after this date result in an additional 25% surcharge to the contracted per person rate, not including taxes and gratuity.
$160 for a 4-hour minimum. $30 per each additional hour. Tips are welcomed and encouraged!
Servers duties include:
PRIOR TO THE EVENT:
Set up Buffet and/or Food Station area
Place table linens and dinner service the Guest tables.
Decorate with your centerpieces, flowers, lighting, etc., if required.
DURING THE EVENT:
Serves replenish food on (buffet or seated).
Clear tables after the meal service.
Clean the Buffet and/or Food Station area.
AFTER THE EVENT:
Break down the Buffet and/or Food Station area.
Clear the dinnerware ( wash dishes, dishwasher or throw away disposables).
Pick-up and remove all trash to proper receptacles.
Our Team Leader does a walk-through with the Hostess to ensure that everything has been completed to their satisfaction.

50% Deposit of estimated hours for your event is due at the time your contract is signed. Balance is due via check or credit card ten business days before. If extra hours are needed on the day of your event, payment must be made within 48 hours of your event via check, credit card, or cash.

Set up Bar area with Hostess supplies: liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnish, ice, and glass and/or disposable barware
Decorate with your centerpieces, flowers, lighting, etc., if required.
DURING THE EVENT:
Serve guests and replenish bar inventory and ice.
* Please note that our Bartenders are trained to respond to a guest who has too much to drink with professional courtesy and wisdom
AFTER THE EVENT:
Break down the Bar area.
Pack up remaining inventory for Hostess.
Pick-up and remove all trash to proper receptacles.
