50% shall be paid by the purchaser to O’Snap Photo Booth Divas as a down payment for the above contracted event no later than Seven (7) days from the date of this contract or the contract shall be null and void. In the event that the above date or event is cancelled, all payments and prepayments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
If location requires standard liability insurance, the purchaser is responsible for a $100 add on fee for
standard insurance. Any additional expenses incurred by O’Snap Photo Booth Divas
such as parking fees, additional insurance (specific language), permits, etc.... shall be reimbursed by
the purchaser to O’Snap Photo Booth Divas, prior to the event)
In the event of a natural disaster or government shutdown of your event, all
deposits will be transferred to a date of your choice within one year of the original contracted date upon
availability.
