Picture your next event at the Clark County Event Center - SW Washington's premier event destination. Located just 20 minutes north of downtown Portland and the Portland International Airport (adjacent to Interstate 5) and within an hours driving distance of more than 2.5 million people, the Clark County Event Center gives unmatched flexibility for all types of events. Our year round facility features 97,200 sq. ft. of column free exhibit space, as well as several multi-use buildings, an indoor Equestrian Arena and an outdoor Grandstand. Two air walls in the Exhibition Hall allow us to create six different space configurations of various sizes to accommodate trade shows, banquets, sporting events, traveling attractions, fairs and festivals, canine and equestrian events, and much more. Event packages are available for corporate meetings, trainings, and various one-day events. Clients also have access to an on-site decorator, catering and concessions services, a large loading dock, three ticket booths (which may also be used as show offices), and over 2,000 parking spaces (plus overflow lots). With a variety of exciting events taking place throughout the year including the Clark County Fair, the Home & Garden Idea Fair, Northwest's Largest Garage Sale, various youth sport competitions and many more, the Clark County Event Center is the place to be!

Our Exhibition Hall features 97,200 square feet of indoor column free space. Two air walls allow us to size down to five different configurations of varying square footage. Each Hall has restrooms and a roll-up door allowing easy access to the loading dock. Halls A & C are outfitted with concession stands. Three newly constructed ticket booths in the Exhibition Hall have inside/outside access and may also be used as a show office.

An integral part of the Clark County Fairgrounds, the Dr. Jack Giesy Equestrian Arena is home to various equestrian and canine groups, and suitable for horse shows, barrel races, clinics, dog shows, agility trials, cattle sorting, etc. The arena has a total show area of 225' x 112', a warm-up area of 100' x 112', includes seating for approximately 225, an event office, announcer stand, sound system, wash rack and restrooms. Stall Barn 3 is located adjacent to the arena with 155 stalls, and Stall Barn 2 has 30 overflow stalls. Stalls are also available for larger draft horses/clydesdales. Overnight RV/LQ parking may be available for show participants. Vehicle and trailer parking is available adjacent to the Arena.

The South Halls, located adjacent to the Exhibition Hall, offer additional enclosed space for overflow exhibit areas, trade shows, dog shows and agility trials, plant sales and support services. These buildings are fully enclosed with roll-up and walk-through doors, but are not climate controlled.

During the Clark County Fair, the Grandstand is home to concerts, the demo derby, tuff truck and monster truck shows, motorcycle races, a rodeo and more. Throughout the year, the Grandstand is available for rent and would make a perfect venue for outdoor concerts and festivals, stage shows, rodeos, etc. The area surrounding the Grandstand is also available for food vendors, games, carnival rides, etc.
