The Beet Box was founded in 2019 by Ashley Lewis and Antione “Roc” Meredith in Richmond Virginia. With a host of experience in the health, wellness and hospitality industry, the vibrant juice bar was birthed. In 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic appeared and shocked the world, allowing for co-owners to flesh out the concept behind The Beet Box but also capture a market that began paying more attention to their health and overall well being. Currently, The Beet Box is owned and run by Ashley Lewis. The Beet Box successfully opened a second location at Hatch Food Hall in the southside of Richmond. Our mission is to create a vibrant and attainable lifestyle incorporating healthy and natural consumption. We believe true lifestyle changes exist through mind, body and spirit and The Beet Box is committed to creating authentic and meaningful contributions to the wellness and cultural landscapes around the world.
