I am an event/wedding planner and an officiant. I can legally marry anyone in the state of VA. I have been in this business for a few years now and have already earn many badges of accomplishments. I have studied at Penn Foster College to become a certified wedding planner. I am also an officiant granted by the County of Chesterfield in the City of Richmond. How may I help?
