Our property boasts 13 meeting rooms ranging from 250 to 3,560 square feet, each room appointed with floor to ceiling windows allowing for a constant flow of natural light. Our largest room can accommodate up to 50 people with social distancing measures in place. As well, multiple meeting rooms have pocket doors leading directly outside where guests can enjoy both indoor/outdoor spaces throughout their day.
Our Banquet department can seamlessly pull all of your meeting requests together, from audio visual rental to onsite catering services proudly prepared by Chop Steakhouse & Bar. We offer a variety of upscale food and beverage options; in addition to this our Executive Chef will gladly customize menus based on your budget or any dietary needs i.e: Vegan, Gluten free and Paleo
Inclusive of meeting room rentals is your room set up, tear down, personal banquet staff, complimentary water service & high-speed internet. And as an added bonus we have complimentary shuttle service to and from YVR Airport, complimentary parking for overnight guests & full use of Steve Nash Fitness Club.
