we do require a security deposit of $500 for damages and incidentals, and it is returned to you after the event once the venue has been cleaned and returned to the state in which it was found
**our staff members help with sweeping, cleaning any floors and tables as well as set up of tables and chairs , helping the host by wiping down the bathrooms and taking out all of the trash so that you are not solely responsible for this but it is the responsibility of the host to make sure it is cleaned to receive your deposit back
** Holiday season events may be priced at a higher rate on weekends if it is peak of holiday season
**event insurance is required and is $65-$140 a day depending on guest count
we can offer a bartender for a starting price of $350 depending on guest count **Bartender is required if you plan to have alcohol and host must provide the alcohol

Tablecloth rentals start at $60 (up to 6 tables - $10 each additional table after that )
we offer 1 simple centerpiece decor for each table starting at $100 up to 6 tables ($15 per centerpiece added after that ) - additional decor request can be made and added for a fee
we can offer cake , catering, charcuterie, or dj options if needed or desired - catering prices start at $25 per person
we can recommend photography for you for your event if you wish to have a photographer starting at $150 an hour
You are also welcome to do any of these things on your own or by hiring your own licensed vendors , we just offer it in case you wish to have it all done for you
