The Maximum capacity is ~30 guests. It is equipped with a large screen TV.
This meeting space is located along the lake, just to the right of the dining hall and about 400 yards from the Hilltop Cabins.

The Chapel is Lake Retreat's largest meeting space. It can hold up to 425 guests.
There is one small breakout room attached at the back of the Chapel (Alder Room - fits 15 guests) that is available from June-September.
The Chapel meeting space is rented out along with the Lakeside Cabins OR with groups of 100 or more depending on accommodations. Sometimes it may be added to your booking if it has not already been rented out for a cleaning fee.
The Chapel has Wifi, heat and air conditioning.
No Food or Drinks are allowed in the main Chapel area (water is ok).
Standard set up includes:
- 1 microphone
- 1 mic cord (XLR)
- 1 music stand
- Sound system with: 16 channel, analog board, 2 mounted speakers
- Mounted Projector/Screen:
HDMI connection to projector is in the sound booth
Bring your own laptop/device and adaptor

The Chapel equipment is best suited for acoustic or simple band set up. If you have complicated or large band needs, bringing your own sound system is recommended.
The Chapel equipment is required to be left as it was found.

Johnson Lodge is one of Lake Retreat's original lodges - located right on the edge of the lake with stunning views. It is the nearest lodge to dining and waterfront activities. This lodge is popular with groups of youth and adults.
Johnson's main meeting space has full self-serve coffee service (including cups, creamer and coffee), fridge/freezer, sink and microwave. *no cooking is allowed.
Meeting Spaces:
Main Floor (ground level): Up to about 55 Guests
Lower Floor: Pine Room, up to 25 Guests
Sleeping Capacity: 52 Beds
All meeting spaces are set up classroom-style.
This building has heat, but does not have A/C. Please plan accordingly.
The upper and main floor of Johnson have smaller rooms sleeping 2-4 guests and have common restrooms on the main floor. The lower floor of Johnson has slightly larger rooms, sleeping 8 or 10 guests each, and have private restrooms.

Overlooking the lake, Lundgren Lodge is our most popular accommodations facility. It boasts spectacular views and is most frequently used for adult or women's retreats, although it is versatile enough for any group.
Lundgren's main floor has full coffee service, fridge/freezer, sink and microwave. *no cooking is allowed.
The meeting space can hold 50-80 guests and has a microwave, fridge, sink and full coffee service.
There are 117 beds available in Lundgren Lodge over three floors:
Upper Floor: 35 beds (private restrooms on this floor)
Main Floor: 22 beds (common restrooms on this floor)
Lower Floor: 60 beds (common restrooms on this floor)
Technology Set Up:
- Small sound system with 2 channels.
- 1 mic, 1 mic cord (XLR), 1 mic stand and 1 music stand. (Acoustic sets work best in this building.)
- Large screen TV with HDMI input.

Okerson Lodge is located right on the lake and has a rustic and relaxed feeling making it a favorite among men and youth retreats.
Okerson Lodge has a full-size fridge/freezer, microwave, sink and self-service coffee bar. *No cooking allowed.
Meeting space is located on the main, ground floor overlooking the lake, and has a capacity ~100.
Lodge Sleeping Capacity: 126 Beds
Main/Ground Floor: 36 Beds
Upper Floor: 90 Beds
Ten rooms are located on the upper floor, each two sharing a bathroom. The triple bunks are highly sought after by young people. Two rooms with private baths are located on the main floor, each with 8 beds, and two additional rooms of 10 on the main floor.
