Terms and Conditions

Payment. Credit/debit cards, money orders, and checks accepted. Make checks payable to True Colours Event Planning. No checks accepted less than 7 days from event date. $50 return check fee. 50% deposit due upon booking. Cancelation. By Client. Client may cancel this Agreement at any time. If Client cancels more than 60 days prior to the Event Date, client will be entitled to a fifty percent (50%) refund of the deposit. Other monies non-refundable. If Client cancels less than 60 days prior to the Event Date, it will not be entitled to a refund. Client may postpone an event one time with transferable deposit. By Planner. Planner may cancel this Agreement at any time. If Planner cancels, it must provide a suitable, replacement Planner, subject to Client’s approval, which shall be obtained in writing. In the alternative, Planner shall refund all monies previously paid by Client, with the exception of any non-refundable deposits, which were agreed by Client.
