So What happens when your outdoor wedding decides it wants to rain.. all day.. Do you freak out because you don’t have a plan B. And in San Diego, when does it rain.. Well it did.. and on a Tuesday no less… But you wouldn’t have even noticed it was Plan B to have the wedding inside other than the invitations said dress warm for the outdoor ceremony. The event staff was absolutely amazing. There were 2 times for stress that day.. the stress of waiting to see my bride.. and the stress on how much cake she was going to smash in my face while cutting the cake. No stress from the event at all. In door ceremony, better than I expected. Indoor reception, check. Photos in the rain, also check. I’m a beef lover but OMG, they made this chicken dish that was amazing! The place looked amazing and felt like staff was part of the family. The next day we decided to have breakfast in the restaurant and honestly best Hashbrowns and Bacon I have had in a while! Great to know I can make the drive just for a day to have dinner with my wife all year long as well. Oh, and turns out she didn’t want to smash cake in my face. Who knew…? We’ll be recommending and coming back to this place for as long as I can.

San Vicente Golf Resort is the perfect place to have a wedding. My family and I couldn't be happier! The staff rock and the setting is spectacular. I highly recommend choosing this venue for many different events.
