At Marian Cocktails & Kitchen, we offer flexible and competitive venue rental fees to accommodate a variety of events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale celebrations. Our pricing is designed to provide a seamless, high-end experience while ensuring value for your event.
Each rental includes:

Terms and Conditions
1. Venue Rental & Fees
The venue rental fee secures private access to the event space for a 4-hour event, which includes setup and breakdown time unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon with management.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the venue rental fee is required to secure the date.
The remaining balance, including any applicable food and beverage minimums, must be paid in full 30 days before the event.
The food and beverage minimum does not include tax, service charges, or gratuity.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event will receive a 50% refund of any payments made (excluding the deposit).
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event forfeit all payments.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 30 days in advance.
3. Event Duration & Overtime
The standard rental period is 4 hours, including time for guest arrival, setup, event duration, and breakdown.
Additional time may be requested in advance for an added fee, subject to availability.
Events that exceed the agreed-upon rental time will be charged an overtime fee of $500 per additional hour.
4. Food & Beverage
Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless pre-approved by management.
A service charge of 20% is applied to all food and beverage purchases.
Final food and beverage selections must be confirmed at least 14 days before the event.
5. Damage & Liability
The event host is responsible for any damage to the venue, furnishings, or equipment.
A credit card on file is required for incidentals and potential damages.
Marian Cocktails & Kitchen is not responsible for lost or stolen items during the event.
6. Compliance & Conduct
All events must comply with local noise ordinances and alcohol regulations.
Guests must be 21+ to consume alcohol, and valid IDs may be required.
Management reserves the right to end an event early if guests violate policies, act inappropriately, or pose a safety concern.
7. Decorations & Setup
Decorations must be pre-approved and cannot cause damage to the venue (no open flames, glitter, confetti, or nails).
Setup and breakdown must be completed within the rental period, unless otherwise discussed and approved by management.

Any combination of passed appetizers, plated meals, buffet-style dining, craft cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages counts toward the minimum.
If your event’s food and beverage total exceeds the minimum, you will only be charged for what is consumed.
If the food and beverage total does not meet the minimum, the remaining balance will be added to your final bill.
