Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Inflate The Night's inflatable nightclub rental service. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Definitions "Equipment" refers to the inflatable nightclub and any additional items, such as lighting, sound systems, etc., that are rented. "Event" refers to the occasion for which the client rents the Equipment. "Rental Period" refers to the timeframe specified for the Equipment usage. Booking and Reservations Reservations are made on a first-come, first-serve basis and are only confirmed upon deposit receipt. ? The deposit is due within 24 hours after your booking request is accepted. The remaining balance is due 5 days before the Event Date. Pricing and Payments All rental pricing is as stated on our website or as provided in a written quotation. Payments can be made via Credit, Debit, PayPal, or Apple Pay. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made more than 5 days before the Event Date will receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations made less than 5 days before the Event Date will forfeit the deposit. Safety and Usage Clients must adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by Inflate The Night. The Equipment must not be used in a manner that exceeds its specifications, and no alterations to the Equipment are allowed. Liability and Indemnification Inflate The Night shall not be liable for any damages or injuries arising from the use or misuse of the Equipment. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Inflate The Night from any claims, liabilities, or costs resulting from misusing or violating these terms. Damages The Client is responsible for any damages to the Equipment beyond normal wear and tear. Repair or replacement fees will be assessed accordingly. Weather Policy In the event of severe weather conditions that prevent the safe operation of the Equipment, Inflate The Night reserves the right to cancel the rental and refund the deposit. Permits and Regulations The Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, permissions, or approvals for the Event. Amendments Inflate The Night reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Governing Law This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. By using Inflate The Night's services, you signify your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
