An initial payment or deposit (the “Retainer”) is required to reserve our Services on the date and time for the Event. The Retainer is non-refundable, even if the date or time is changed or if the Event is cancelled. Security Deposit. A security deposit (the “Security Deposit”) is required prior to the Event. The Security Deposit is fully refundable upon Cancellation of the Event, provided the Event has not started. If there are damages to the Venue or loss of Our property at the Venue from the Event (the “Damages”), We will notify You and We will provide proof the such Damages. Damages can include, but are not limited to, broken glass or furniture, stains, or trash remaining after the Event. The total cost of the Damages will be deducted from the Security Deposit. The remaining Security Deposit, if any, will be refunded to You within ten (10) days after the conclusion of the Event. Time is of the essence with respect to payments due to Us. We reserve the right to assess a Late Fee of $15 or 5% of the outstanding balance, whichever is greater, on any past due balances and a 1.5% interest charge per month on any outstanding balances owed to Us.  Rescheduling. You may request to reschedule the date or time of the Event with us and We will make reasonable effort to accommodate Your request; however, Our availability is not guaranteed for any date or time other than the date and time confirmed for the Event in this Agreement, and the costs for different dates and time may be different from the costs for the Event. We may decline rescheduling requests for any reason. If We are able to accommodate your request, We will enter a new Agreement with You and will apply those deposits and fees paid to Us, both refundable and non-refundable, to the new Event. Cancellation by You. In the event that You cancel the Event, for any reason, You shall provide Us with immediate notice of the cancellation. Once cancelled, You shall be responsible for paying as liquidated damages to Us the Retainer and any costs paid by Us to vendors for the Event. You agree that the liquidated damages is a fair and reasonable estimate of Our loss and is not a penalty. Cancellation by Us. In the event that We cancel the Event, for any reason other than your breach of this Agreement or a Force Majeure Event, We will refund or credit all payments made to Us by You to You.
