At A Paradigm Shift Event, we are experienced in trouble shooting, anticipating needs, and providing you with professional services designed specifically for the DIY couple planning their own celebration. We take your vision and pair it with our expertise to ensure your wedding day is flawless. On your wedding day, A Paradigm Shift staff will direct all aspects of your celebration, allowing you to relax and truly enjoy your special day. Our unique system allows us to efficiently acquaint ourselves with the specifics of your celebration, assist you in making necessary adjustments, and help navigate challenges you may be facing.

Terms and Conditions
Payment:
-The Client agrees to pay an initial non-refundable retainer of $200.00 - $700 depending on package price. This payment is due and payable when the contract is signed.
-The remaining payment will be due three weeks prior to the event.
-Payments can be made via cash delivery, wire transfer or credit card payment via PayPal. Payment information will be provided by A Paradigm Shift Event.

Cancellation:
-Cancellation by the client: In the event of a cancellation, refunds are limited to unearned fees. Retainers are non-refundable and any earned fee will have to be paid in full within 30 days of cancellation.
-Cancellation by A Paradigm Shift Event: Should A Paradigm Shift Event be unable to perform any specific tasks in the planning of a event, due to the event planner illness or hospitalization, unearned fees will be refunded and we will do our best to find a substitute Event Planner.
-A Paradigm Shift Event is not responsible for any events preventing the event to occur, such as fire, flood, earthquake or any other natural or human acts.
