ROOM POLICIES
—If you are booking for another individual, you agree that you are taking responsibility for their actions while on this property and agree to pay any rate or damage fees they may incur.
—We are a non-party facility. We have strict quiet hours from 10pm-8am. Special permission is required to have loud events outside of this timeframe.
--Absolutely NO smoking on the property at anytime.
--Alcohol is not permitted except with permission and additional deposit.
--NO glitter. None. Not even a speck. If we find glitter during clean up, you'll be charged a $100 headache fee.
--Do NOT post anything to the wall. Tacks are absolutely forbidden.
--Rental includes the room ONLY. Do not decorate or expand into the hallway or any common space.
