Had a 50-people party there. It was great. The carriage house looks good and is well maintained. Rental cost is 2-3x higher than many other places I contacted before calling this place, but they were not available when I needed it, also with a 2-month notice. Very well setup place: space for well over 50 people, enough tables and chairs, electrical outlets, air-conditioning, large TV set for congratulatory videos, kitchen space with necessary equipment. Very good owners' support with various little complications that happened same day. Enough parking space along Power st. and Brown st. As a backup option, there is a low cost parking lot within 1 block: $2/h in the evenings. Beware of: - the main carriage house hall is on the 2nd floor (while the stairs are shallow and easy to navigate) - caterer trucks or vans are not allowed to enter the arch entrance, so there should be enough people to load/unload food and beverages from/to the street parked vehicles (it cost me paying for an extra bartender) - the cobblestone paving from the arch to the carriage house entrance seems to be impassable on high-heels In general, it was a great experience and all my guests loved the place.

This is a beautiful and unique space. We had a great time, and it's just as it appears in the photos.
