CAV offers a lovely private room for business dinners, seating up to 65 guests. This room may be fully set for larger parties, or for smaller groups may be divided into a lounge area for socializing and a dining seated area. The room has Biedermeier chairs in cherry burl, which are very comfortable. Prix Fixe Menus are available, in different price ranges to meet your needs. These may consist of several appetizers, followed by a three course seated dinner, or depending on your preferences, simply an upscale three course meal. For groups, with more than 65 guests, CAV may offer the Private Use of the whole Front of the House and Bar, or the Whole of CAV, which seats up to 125 guests for dinner.
