Booking will be confirmed by email and deposit will be due within 7 business days that the booking is confirmed. The deposit is non-refundable if the Planner or Client cancels the event but is fully refundable if the Performer needs to cancel due to unforeseen external circumstances. NOTE: Performer has never canceled an event in over 40 years of performing.
Performer will email a set list to the Planner or Client at least 14 days prior to the event. Planner or Client will either accept the set list as-is or will be able to make special requests, which must be received by Performer 48 hours prior to the event.
The balance of the payment will be due on or before the day of the event and should be paid by check or money order to William G. Reidy, Jr. As an alternative method of payment, Performer will invoice the Planner or the Client via Paypal 7 business days prior to the event, and payment using this method will be due 2 days prior to the event.
In order to provide assurances to the Planner or Client that the performance meets or exceeds expectations, Performer provides a money-back guarantee for services provided, which will be outlined in the confirmation email. Example: If Performer arrives late, does not have requested songs prepared, does not have proper equipment, is not dressed appropriately for the occasion, is not sober, or does not perform up to the standards set forth by the promotional material (audio and video clips), the Planner or Client shall receive a full refund of all monies paid to the Performer.
