POINTE GOLF CLUB POLICIES AND RULES
All displays and/or decorations proposed by the Client shall be subject to the approval of The Pointe staff. The affixing of anything to walls, doors, light fixtures, or ceilings is not permitted. The Client will not be permitted to set up any décor items on the day prior to the event. All setup must be started and completed on the event date stated in this contract.
The Pointe staff members will not set up or remove any décor items. Tables in the Event Room, the Members Room and/or the Bar Room may only be removed or adjusted by The Pointe staff.
No personal items may be left at The Pointe without prior approval of The Pointe event staff.
The Pointe will not be responsible for any items left in the building or on the grounds.
All vendors providing service at The Pointe must be insured and pre-approved by The Pointe staff a minimum of 60 days prior to the event.
The rental of the outdoor area is subject to weather.
Should, for any reason, the date of the event change, every effort will be made by The Pointe to accommodate the new date. If the Client changed the date and The Pointe is not able to accommodate the new date, The Pointe is released from all contract obligations, and the Client also forfeits all costs for non-compliance with this contract. If the event is canceled by the Client, all payments made to The Pointe are non-refundable.
The Pointe is not responsible for any vendor performance, or lack thereof, and the Client expressly agrees to waive any claims, demands or causes of action against The Pointe with respect to the goods or services of any vendor or other third-party recommendations made by The Pointe.
Client agrees to return the premises to its original state, free of litter and debris. A post event inspection will be conducted, and any damages will be the responsibility of the Client..
A final guarantee of guests must be provided 14 days prior to the event.
No firearms, fireworks, outside alcohol or illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
The use of sparklers and any type of open-flame are strictly prohibited, as well as any confetti or materials that will litter the grounds. This also includes biodegradable materials.
Event guests are not permitted anywhere on the golf course. Failure to comply may result in additional fees for damages.
Client agrees that the facilities will not be used for any illegal purposes, and that said use of the facilities shall be in full compliance with all laws, statues, and ordinances.
Client acknowledges and agrees that The Pointe is not responsible for monitoring the consumption of alcohol by Client and guests of the Client. The Client shall indemnify The Pointe for any alcohol-related third-party claims.

30’ x 60’ stainless steel frame tent with white vinyl covering and side panels. The seating capacity inside the tent is 75 people with the 20 x 30 oak dancefloor. We also offer an option package that can include a variety of tables set up inside the tent, heaters, and cafe lighting.
