planning, coordination, & management. This option allows for our staff to handle each and every aspect of
your special day. In addition to full service wedding planning, our staff will also plan, design, & manage one
pre-wedding event of your choice, whether it’s your bridal shower, bachelorette party or rehearsal dinner
leading up to your wedding day.
Before Your Wedding Day
• Complimentary One Year Subscription to Brides Magazine
• Complimentary A.M.E.E. Bride T-Shirt
• In-Person Vision and Planning Meeting and up to 8 In-Person Planning Meetings
• Unlimited Phone and Email Communication During Business Hours
• Provide A.M.E.E. Preferred Vendor List
• Prepare Payment Schedules and Provide Reminders on all Contract Balances and Payment Due Dates
• Prepare a Wedding Planning Timeline and Checklist
• Customize, Establish and Manage a Detailed Budget Based on Your Event Needs
• Order, Stuff and Mail Save the Dates
• Negotiate Vendor Contracts and Schedule Vendor Appointments
• Coordination and Management of One Approved Pre-Wedding Event
• Provide Wedding Etiquette Guidance
• Accompany Clients at up to 6 Meetings in these Vendor Categories: Cake Tasting, Caterer, Decor/Florist, Photographer/Videographer, DJ/Band, Prospective Venues, Wedding Attire, Calligrapher/Stationary, Makeup and Hair.
• Determine Availability and Negotiate Discounted Rates for Hotel Room Blocks
• Provide Vendors with Final Head Count
• Assist with Out-of-Town Guest Welcome Packages, Itineraries and Transportation
• Schedule and Attend Dress Appointments at up to 2 Bridal Boutiques
• Attend and Direct Wedding Rehearsal
• Tour Wedding Venue (up to 2 times)
• Establish Gratuity Guidelines for Each Vendor Involved
• Management of all Wedding RSVP Responses, Guest Lists and Seating harts
• Assist with All Wedding Related Errands
• Assist with Production of all Items Needed for Ceremony and Reception Seating (Ceremony Programs, Reception Place Cards, Escort Cards, Menu Cards, Table Numbers, etc)
• Wardrobe Styling for Entire Bridal Party including Bride and Groom
• Develop Comprehensive Ceremony and Reception Design including Lighting, Favors, Linens, Decor, Florals, Props, Color Schemes, Etc
On Your Wedding Day
• Create and Review Detailed Timeline to Bridal Party and Vendors
• Arrange for Bride and Groom’s Personal Items to be Delivered to Room or Honeymoon Suite
• Decorate Honeymoon Suite, if Desired (additional fees apply)
• Coordinate, Direct and Supervise Ceremony and Reception Vendors During On-Site Setup
• Emergency Troubleshooting and Emergency Kit, if Needed
• Setup all Decor not Provided by a Contracted Vendor (candles, pictures, place cards, etc)
• Assist Bride, Groom, Bridal Party and Parents Before, During and After Wedding
• Manage Schedule of Bridal Party’s Hair and Makeup
• Verify that Marriage License has been Signed and Wedding Rings are Present
• Coordinate Lineup and Flow for Ceremony and Reception
• Distribute Gratuities to Necessary Vendors
• Transport Necessary Items from Ceremony to Reception Site, if Applicable
• Bustle Bride’s Wedding Gown
• Maintain Timeline of Events with DJ/Band Including First Dance, Cake Cutting, Toasts, Etc
• Collect and Deliver all Gifts and Personal Wedding Items to Proper Location or Person Responsible
• Coordinate Breakdown of Ceremony and Reception for up to 2 Hours Past Wedding
• Pick up Bride’s Dress for leaning or Heirloom Preservation
• Return Any Rental Items After Breakdown
• Supervise Grand Exit and Pass out Party Favors, if Applicable
