If the event is more than 70 miles from Post Falls Idaho, a travel charge of $3 per mile will be added to the package and travel expense must be paid 24 hours prior to the event.
If the buyer cancels less than 30 days prior to the event, the deposit is non-refundable.
If the band cancels prior to 30 days from the event, the deposit will be refunded.
If the band cancels less than 30 days prior to the event for any reason other than medical emergency the band will pay 1/2 the package price as damages.
Rusty Jackson plays and sings country, rock, pop and original songs, the set list is tailored to the audience. Using a special synthesizer guitar and rhythm tools, Rusty reproduces the classic sounds of the most popular tunes while also adding his unique flavor.
Shows can range from ambient to totally interactive. Rusty has a great sense of humor and and can tells stories and interact with the audience - or just play quietly while folks enjoy dinner.
For weddings, Rusty can provide special songs during the service as well as entertainment during dinner and dance music as well.

Shows farther than 70 miles from Post Falls ID will have a travel charge of $1 per mile added to the total package price.
Check, credit card and invoice are acceptable for payment. Payment is due after the show - invoices may be paid up to 10 days after the show.
If the buyer cancels, the deposit is non refundable.
If the vendor cancels 30 or more days prior to the event, the deposit will be refunded.
If the vendor cancels less than 30 days prior to the event or does not show up for the event for any reason other than medical emergency, vendor will pay buyer 1/2 of the package price as damages.
