Prices below are for a 3 hour event, with a 6 hour total venue rental.
Conference Room:
Capacity 20 guests, $1,750 (9am-5pm)
Or $2,500 with addition of Redwood Room
Redwood Room:
Capacity 40 guests, $2,500 - $4,000 (includes 3 hours of event time, 2 hours set up and 1 hour clean up). Additional hours $200/hour
Hill House & Pavilion:
Includes the Hill House, Hill House Terrace, and outdoor Pavilion
Capacity 150 guests, $3,500 - $5,500 (includes 3 hours of event time, 2 hours set up and 1 hour clean up). Additional hours $300/hour
Events Facility Buyout:
Exclusivity of events facility, includes all spaces listed above
Capacity 200 guests, $5,000 - $6,000 (includes 4 hours of event time, 2 hours set up and 1 hour clean up). Additional hours $300/hour

Preferred Vendors – caterer, DJs and transportations companies must be chosen from the list (see attached) shuttles are highly recommended and required for events with an expected car count of 40+.

Terms and Conditions
The venue rental rate is based on the day of the week and time of year. Rental fee includes a 9 hour rental window (6 hours of event time) and our furniture inventory of tables and chairs. A wine purchase minimum of $40 is required per guest, excluding minors (beer is available by request; however no outside alcohol or hard liquor is permitted on our estate). Preferred Vendors required for Catering, DJ, and Transportation.
