We request that a simple performance agreement be signed by both parties and a copy given to each. CANCELLATION POLICY: If cancellation is necessary by employer, they may cancel up to 48 hours prior to the performance and recover any deposits. If the employer cancels within 48 hours of the performance, they forfeit any deposits. If artist cancels at any time, artist forfeits any deposits. Payment for the balance owed at the end of the performance may be paid by cash, check or through PayPal - Checks should be made out to Probable Cause. Balance owed is due and payable at the end of the performance unless other arrangements are made in advance. PLEASE NOTE: Price includes up to 30 miles of travel from the Portland Oregon area. Additional fees and accommodations may be required for performances more than 30 miles from Portland Oregon.
