The flagship of our fleet, the Portland Spirit, gives you all the elegance and luxury of a cruising ballroom, featuring two stages with baby grand pianos, a marble dance floor and three levels including a viewing top deck; accommodates up to 300 guests for your ceremony and 400 for a reception. The Willamette Star accommodates 100 guests for your ceremony or 120 for the reception and features a cherry wood interior, gilded ceilings, piano and two levels including a viewing top deck. A more intimate space is the Crystal Dolphin, a luxurious yacht that accommodates up to 50 guests for a ceremony and 80 for the reception. Client is responsible for any current or future sales tax assessment.
CANCELLATION:
Cancellation must be received in writing.

Cancellation within 30 days of the cruise results in forfeiture of all monies paid. Cruises departing in December: The deposit will be refunded, less a 50% cancellation fee, if Client cancels on or before October 31. Cancellation on November 1 or later results in forfeiture of all payments made.
Discovery of any type of illegal substance on board will result in the immediate conclusion of event and no refunds will be issued. Group agrees to pay owner's collection costs and attorney's fees if in default here under, before suit, at trial and on appeal. Oregon law shall apply hereto. Venue shall be proper in Multnomah County, OR, USA.
INCLEMENT WEATHER:
Portland Spirit will consider special circumstances on an individual basis during extreme weather conditions. For snow, ice and/or area flooding, Portland Spirit will consider rescheduling a group for a future cruise depending on the severity of the situation. If for any reason the Portland Spirit must cancel a cruise due to a situation beyond our control, we would notify the client contacted and offer a future cruise credit or refund.
DAMAGE:
Any damage to the vessel will be assessed and repair, replacement, and cleanup costs will be billed to the client. ITEMS NOT ALLOWED: Loose flower petals, feathers, nails, tacks, tape, confetti, glitter, birdseed, rice or candles.
CHANGE OF VESSEL AND/OR DOCK:
Portland Spirit reserves the right to move the event to another dock and/or vessel of comparable quality. Contracted rates, or current seasonal rates for the new dock/vessel, whichever is less, will be applied based upon guest count, menu and services ordered.
FORCE MAJEURE: The performance of this Agreement is subject to termination without liability upon the occurrence of any circumstance beyond control of either party - such as acts of God, war, major terrorist act on U.S. soil which make it impossible for 40% or more of the attendees to attend, government regulations, disaster, strikes (except those involving the employees or agents of the party seeking the protection of this clause), civil disorder, or curtailment of transportation facilities - to the extent that such Circumstances makes it illegal or impossible to provide or use the contracted facilities.

Elegance and old world style are custom built into the Willamette Star with its warm cherry wood interior and brass accents. The Star has two enclosed and temperature controlled levels, a full service bar, two outdoor viewing decks and a PA sound system. This yacht combines the classic nautical experience with a fine dining atmosphere. Two levels are fully enclosed and climate controlled, each with a sound system and full service beverage bar. A built-in marble dance floor is available on the Columbia deck and the top Starlight deck is an open-air viewing deck.
