Base Price: $1200 for 6 hours
$150 per additional hour
Rental includes seating table and chairs, water cooler service, use of the kitchen appliances (excluding dishwasher/coffee maker), WIFI, restroom facilities, a bride's room, decorative lighting, air conditioning, a podium, sound equipment, and a projection screen. Rental also includes a room host staff to keep the room clean and tidy, stock the restrooms, and oversee the execution of the event contract.

Weekday Events: 30% off the room rental fee for any event that takes place Monday-Thursday. Offer valid for new customers only.
Nonprofits: 15% off the room rental fee for events that take place Friday-Sunday. Must provide a 501(c)(3) EIN.
K-12 Schools: 30% off the room rental fee. Offer valid for both weekday and weekend events.
Oaks Pioneer Church: 15% off the room rental fee for events that have also rented the Oaks Pioneer Church.
Military: 15% off the room rental fee. Must present current military ID.
