Prior to Your Wedding Day -
Initial Meeting to review time line, plan ceremony, layout, and event details
Respond to emails and phone calls
Create comprehensive timeliness of the ceremony and reception
Provide time line to vendors, appropriate family members, and members of the bridal party
Confirm delivery times, items being delivered, etc with vendors the week prior to the wedding
Act as the point of contact for the wedding day vendors beginning 1-2 weeks prior to event
Attend final walk-thru meeting @ ceremony & reception venue
Present at rehearsal to ensure it flows smoothly and to answer any questions
Wedding Day-
Up to 8 hours of assistance on day of wedding
Coordinate all dynamic facets: vendor management, attend to guests needs & inquiries, facilitate solutions to unexpected challenging situations that may arise, etc.
Assist bride and groom as needed throughout the wedding day
Oversee all wedding day deliveries
Ensure the design of the venue appears as anticipated
Assist with snacks and beverages for the bridal party
Organize and distribute all personal flowers
Direct the wedding party so they are in the proper place at the proper time
Provide wedding emergency kit
Deliver payment to vendors requiring payment the day of the wedding
Line up groomsmen and bridesmaids
Transport all personal items from ceremony to reception
Coordinate events and announcements throughout the reception
Organize the bridal party and guests for the Grand Entrance and Exit
Collect gifts and personal décor items and ensure they reach the proper vehicle or on-site hotel room
Handle all last minute needs

Terms and Conditions
• My role will be that of day of coordinator and not actual wedding planner. You will make the actual selections of service providers and all planning aspects while I only orchestrate the coordination of these services day of.
• It is your responsibility to provide me with contact names, telephone numbers and any scheduled timetables for all service providers involved in the wedding ceremony/reception no later than 14 days prior to the wedding.
• It is also your responsibility to notify me of any changes in a timely manner. I shall not be held liable for any changes made by you or your selected service providers.
• Get It Straight reserves the right to use photos from your event for promotion, display, advertisement, Internet, publication, etc.
• Coordinator will dress in appropriate attire for your wedding be it a black-tie affair or an outdoor BBQ.
CHANGES / CANCELLATION
A. Any changes made to this letter of agreement must be made in writing and signed by all parties. You may cancel this agreement, in writing, for any reason. If cancelled less than 7 days before the wedding date, a nominal $50 fee is due for time and hours already invested, on top of any out of pocket expense, additional meeting or rehearsal rates.
B. If an act of God, such as a fire, flood, earthquake or other natural calamity shall cause you to cancel your wedding; I will require payment only for the time actually spent or accrued toward your wedding.
C. Coordinator’s obligation to give services here under is subject to the unavailability of the Coordinator only as a result of unforeseen accidents, acts of God and other reasons beyond her control.
** For up to 8 hour block on day of, additional hours can be added with charge.
