About Easton Broad

Located just a few blocks from the Moda Center, this modern, flexible space is perfect for intimate and large gatherings. Easton Broad is a blank canvas which allows you to create any style of event or wedding! With polished concrete floors, exposed wood ceilings, and floor to ceiling windows, this venue is an urban oasis. We offer an open catering policy to accommodate many different budgets, which also allows you to make your event unique! We have a great location and setup for 1 or multiple food trucks to park outside as well. The main event space is just over 2,300 square feet with a standing capacity of 200 guests. We'd recommend no more than 150 for seated events, but the space definitely doesn't feel too large for more intimate groups (this seated capacity also leaves room for cocktail tables, a dinner buffet, dessert table, dj, etc.). Looking for a little more space? We offer movable walls to close down the sidewalk right outside our doors, which allows for overflow during cocktail hour, or just a little fresh air throughout your event. This will allow much more flexibility for ceremony to reception "flips" with a higher guest count, and is also a great option for food trucks.

Christmas Party at Easton Broad - An Eventective User from Salem Oregon

We had a company Christmas party at Easton Broad and had a wonderful event. With a last minute Cancel of a previous Venue Kelly was more than kind and accommodating makings sure our last minute event change went off without a hitch! We got to work directly with the owners who were a pleasure to work with, easy and clear communication all the way through. They were also present for our whole event, so we got to stick with the same people through the life of the party and planning which was super nice. They offered many vendor recommendations which we used to great success. The owners also handle the drinks and bartending which they knocked out of the park! Friendly, great drinks and lots of options. I would without a doubt recommend this space for an intimate wedding or company party, not only for the nice space and good value but the honest communication and direct approach from Kelly and her partner. Honest people in this industry are hard to come by and the value of this alone is hard to quantify, know you are in good hands here!

Fabulous Venue and Management, 5/5 stars, will use again! - An Eventective User

Kelly and Aaron were great to work with. They accommodated our all-day business offsite needs and made all the needed changes to the IT infrastructure to set us up just as we requested. Aaron was like Johnny on the spot the day of the event...he helped get us up and running with the equipment, assisted with the food we brought in from outside vendors, and was generally helpful whenever a need arose. We will 100% be back for future events. I cannot recommend the Easton Broad highly enough!
