### Bar Carlo Events - Terms and Conditions - **Deposit**: A **50% deposit** is required to confirm your booking. This deposit must be paid upon agreement to secure the event date. - **Remaining Balance**: The remaining balance must be paid no later than **2 weeks** before the event. - **Cleaning Fees**: A cleaning fee of up to **$250** may be applied if the space is not left in satisfactory condition after the event. - **Security Deposit**: A refundable security deposit may be required, at Bar Carlo’s discretion, to cover any potential damages or excessive cleaning needs. - **Cancellation Policy**: - **More than 30 Days Before Event**: Cancellations made more than **30 days** prior to the event are **fully refundable** (100% of the deposit). - **Between 30 Days and 2 Weeks Before Event**: Cancellations made between **30 days and 2 weeks** prior to the event are **50% refundable**. - **Less than 2 Weeks Before Event**: Cancellations made less than **2 weeks** before the event are **non-refundable**. - **Cancellation Process**: All cancellations must be made in writing via email or mail. - **Client Responsibility**: The client is responsible for leaving the space in the condition it was found, and for any damages incurred during the event. - **External Vendors**: Any external vendors (catering, entertainment, decorations, etc.) must be approved by Bar Carlo prior to the event. - **Permits and Licenses**: It is the responsibility of the client to obtain all necessary permits and licenses for the event (if applicable). - **Event Timing**: Event start and end times must be agreed upon in advance.
