$2500 for wedding & quinceñeras, includes a functional outdoor event area, 3 hour practice rehearsal day before event, parking access and entertainment bar, galvanized drink or keg container, fridge to store cake or food trays (limited space), fire pit, outdoor heaters, restrooms. C&L staff can assist in communicating and directing vendors for the planned event. Additionally, a $300 cleaning deposit is required to secure premises is picked up and cleaned.
