Terms of Service Celtic Bandits Entertainment Services is committed to providing high-quality entertainment and event management services. By booking our services, clients agree to the following terms: Booking & Confirmation: A signed contract and a deposit (non-refundable) are required to secure your event date. Full payment must be completed no later than 7 days before the event date. Deposit & Payment: A 50% deposit is required upon booking. The remaining balance is due prior to the event. Payments can be made via credit card, e-transfer, or check. Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit but no further charges. Cancellations within 30 days of the event will require full payment. Event Changes: Any changes to the event date, time, or services must be communicated in writing at least 14 days prior to the event. Celtic Bandits will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability. Liability: Celtic Bandits Entertainment Services is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during the event. The client assumes all responsibility for the safety and well-being of their guests. Equipment & Setup: Celtic Bandits will provide all agreed-upon equipment for the event. Any equipment damage caused by attendees or third parties will be the responsibility of the client. Conduct: Inappropriate or unsafe behavior from guests or attendees may result in the early termination of services without a refund. Force Majeure: In case of events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), Celtic Bandits reserves the right to reschedule or refund as necessary.
