Choose between our 6-hour, 8-hour, or 12-hour time frames. All weddings or receptions are encouraged to book a 12-hour time slot. Venue rental includes Tables (Round, Rectangle), Gold Chiavari chairs, Wi-Fi, Ample Free Parking , Kitchenette
**time includes entry, setup, breakdown, vendor drop-off, etc.
8 hour rental (ex. 2 hour setup, 5 hour event, 1 hour breakdown/cleanup)
Additional time may be added to any time slot for an additional $125 per hour (must be added before the event day to ensure adequate staffing, cannot be added on the day of the event)
*Any event ending after 12:00am must add an additional fee for extended hours
Items from our A la carte list can be added at an additional cost to help complete your event.

Our 8-hour time slot includes time for set up, delivery, decorating, event time, breakdown, clean up, etc.
$400 Booking Fee to reserve the date (non-refundable, deducted from total cost)
$300 Incidental Fee held and refunded within 5 - 7 business days after the event with full compliance of contract.

$25 Layout Setup/Breakdown fee (layout must be submitted one week prior to event)
$7 COVID-19 Disinfecting/Sanitizing Fee.
