The Community Courtyard is a lovingly restored circa 1850 building in downtown Plattsburg, Mo. The brick structure has two floors with a total of more than 8,000 square feet, which can be divided for smaller events. On the ground level, we have a 2,200 square foot atrium, banquet kitchen and two smaller meeting rooms. Three large arches and high ceilings create an airy feel perfect for any celebration. Meeting rooms are more private or can be opened onto atrium. The second floor is one large room with a light well, tall ceilings and lots of windows. An alcove at one end is an ideal place for DJ or band. Plattsburg is an historic small town conveniently located between Kansas City and St. Joseph with easy access from I-35, I-29 and U.S. Highway 36.
