What is included:
• Event center & grounds - We hold just one event per day, so you are assured of complete privacy and exclusive use of the facility & grounds for your event.
• Tables, chairs & linens
• You may have up to a maximum of 150 for the indoor covered facility, we can accommodate up to 200 indoor and outdoor combined weather permitting.
• A stereo system is available to you as well as a cordless microphone for your officiant, readers, speakers, & musicians.
• Large paved parking lot, with easy access to Weld County Road 32, featuring a separate entrance & exit.
The Meadows Event Center believes in the ability to let each client choose their food & non-alcoholic vendor. You may choose from a variety of options from our recommended vendors list, including off premises caterers, restaurants, drop off catering, or use your own caterer. However, you will be required to hire our wait staff for all of the above, except off premises, full-service caterers.
Caterers are required to provide us with a current Food Service License, & Certificate of Insurance.
Caterers may bring prepared food, or finish the food on site, but may not prepare raw food at The Meadows Event Center.
