Our country style event hall is a one-of-kind Plantersville wedding reception venue, offering a rustic, country feel with plenty of space for your wedding guests. The event hall is 50' x 75' with a seating capacity of 250. Bring your decorating ideas and turn the place into the wedding reception of your dreams. We’ve been told that our space is the perfect canvas for those that love to apply the many ideas they see on Pinterest. The event hall offers plenty of parking and outdoor areas for your guests. Need catering? Our restaurant is located on the property and has a variety of items to choose from.

Memorable Events Begin Here - An Eventective User

Ms Sandra and her staff made our wedding day one we'll relive and remember for years to come. This venue was perfect for our rustic theme. The barn hall was large and comfortably sat our guests with plenty of room to walk, dance and congregate. The restrooms were clean. The grounds were well-kept. We especially liked the pergola, koi pond and antique embellishments scattered throughout. My favorites were the small cottages in the front. They added so much character and gave it a small town charm. This venue is perfect for any DIYer who want to bring their Pinterest boards to life. Before we found this location, I was getting discouraged with venue searching. Some venues had a price for parties and events and an even higher price for weddings and receptions. Other venues would ramble off the glamorous amenities they offered and quickly ask "so what day are you available to come out for a tour" without disclosing their prices. Ms Sandra, however, did none of that. She was straight-forward and candid about her prices. She emailed us the rental prices for the hall based on the day (and not the event type); so a weekend rental would be priced different from a weekday rental, but it didn't matter if it was a party, meeting or reception. It was all ONE price for that day. We went for a tour and ended up booking the venue on the same day. Ms Sandra didn't haggle or try to pressure us into making a quick decision. To sum Ms Sandra up in several words: she's transparent, personable, thorough, organized and practical. Needless to say, the entire process, from booking to our event, flowed effortlessly. She outlined what the rental price included along with other add-on services she offered. As I mentioned earlier, this is a perfect venue for a DIYer to let their creative energy flow, but it can very easily be turned into an all-inclusive event. Ms Sandra offered so many services including catering, cleaning and decorating. Honestly, I think the only thing Ms Sandra didn't do was dj and officiate our wedding. lol She did such an amazing job! We can't thank her enough. The minor things that we didn't even consider (like capturing certain moments or rehearsals) she brought to our attention ahead of time so we would be prepared. It's details like that we valued moreso because we came to the venue on the day of the wedding feeling prepared and not the least bit overwhelmed. It's one thing to do what you enjoy, but to enjoy what you do is another. It shows that Ms Sandra enjoys what she does and is truly gifted at it. She went above and beyond to make sure our big day was joy-filled and memorable. We will be bragging about her for years to come.
