Terms and Conditions

A deposit is required to hold your date. Your deposit is 100% refundable until 7 days prior to the event date. Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event will forfeit the deposit, unless the event is rescheduled within the next 30 days. We accept checks for deposit, and cash or check for the balance due at time of service. There is an additional fee of $50 for outdoor events, and $50 for venues that require manually loading equipment up and down flights of stairs.
