We have been servicing Pittsburgh and the surrounding area for more than 15 years. Unlike a lot of BBQ caterers we use our 14 ft. barbeque pit to cook our meats. This method produces "real " authentic barbeque and is grilled/ smoked over hardwoods. We can cook on site where we bring our pit with us to your venue where we cook on site. This comes with full service catering and all plates, napkins, utensils, buns etc.. We also do full service catering without cook on site and delivery and set up.
