• Mansions on Fifth has a required food and beverage minimum of $5,000.00 exclusive of tax and service charge.
• All events must end by 10:00 p.m. due to a curfew with the residential neighborhood. All guests must use the valet service. Parking on the street is permit parking only and is strictly enforced.
• Mansions on Fifth Hotel is a non-smoking facility. This includes vapor cigarettes.
• Open flame candles permitted. Candles are not permitted on the floor. All candles must be enclosed in glass (i.e. votive holders & hurricanes).
• Chocolate Fountains, Confetti, Glitter & Balloons are not permitted.
• A 23% service charge and 7% tax (which include the PA Sales Tax and Allegheny County Drink Tax) are applied to all food, beverage, surcharges, audio video, room rentals, ceremony fee and set-up fees.
• We provide all the amenities that you need for your event with the exception of the entertainment, photographer and any other specialty vendors. We do require that they have certificates of insurance.
• The 13 guest rooms in the Fifth Avenue Mansion must be guaranteed. These rooms can be paid for by you on behalf of your guests, or they can be paid for by each of your guests individually. With either option, the cost of the 13 guest rooms goes toward the dollar minimum that must be met. These rooms are contracted separately from the wedding and require a separate deposit.

We offer discounted pricing for a Friday or Sunday wedding.
Cancellations are generally not allowed after an event has been contracted but exceptions can be made on a case by case basis.
Payment can be made by check or credit card, with a $3,000.00 deposit owed to secure the space. 25% of the estimated cost will be due 6 months out from the event w/ another 25% due a month before. The final remaining balance is due a week before the date of your event.
