Fun, hip party venue - who knew?! - An Eventective User from Pittsburgh, PA

The Children's Museum of Pittsburgh is a wonderful place for a cool, hip event. Combining the old and the new - the building is an architectural gem. The big event space is set in the bottom floor of the former Buhl Planetarium. The old stone and style, combined with big modern globes hanging from the ceiling give this space an instant chic. A large pendulum hanging from the ceiling adds to the quark. The rest of the space goes from cool to cooler. After the kids go home, the museum can be used for adults! Perhaps you want to open up the art studio and give the grown-ups a go? Or let them explore The Garage - where they can send balls across the ceiling on wires. Maybe they can participate in some interactive art. The list goes on! The staff is friendly and helpful when arranging events and can accommodate any need!
