MINIMUM SPENDING AMOUNTS - The room rental, ceremony fee, and all food and beverage ordered for the wedding day go towards the minimum spending requirements (with the exception of cash bar sales).
January, February and March:
Swaneset requires a minimum spending of $10,000 for any functions held on Saturdays and long weekend Sundays. Functions held on Fridays and Sundays require a minimum spending of $7500.
May, June and September:
Swaneset requires a minimum spending of $25,000 for any functions held on a Saturday or long weekend Sunday. Functions held on Fridays and Sundays require a minimum spending of $18,500.
July and August
Swaneset requires a minimum spending of $27,000 for any functions held on a Saturday or long weekend Sunday. Functions held on Fridays and Sundays require a minimum spending of $22,500.
April, October, November and December:
Swaneset requires a minimum spending of $17,500 for any function held on a Saturday or long weekend Sunday. Functions held on Fridays and Sundays in April, October and November require a minimum spending of $10,000. Functions held on Fridays and Sundays in December require a minimum spending of $15,000.
Weddings taking place on Monday to Thursday (non holiday) dates between May 1 and September 30 require a minimum spending of $10,000. All other months have a minimum of $7500 for non-holiday mid-week dates.
Minimum spending amounts are exclusive of taxes, 10% gratuity, 8% facility fee, cash bar sales, statutory holiday labour service fees and time extension labour fees.
Swaneset requires a minimum of 60 guests for a wedding booking.
Daytime wedding bookings are only available on Tuesday to Thursday dates.
