Game Room Booking Terms and Conditions:
Reservation and Payment:
Full payment is due before the booking date.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, online payments, and cash.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 7 days before the booking date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days will incur a 15% fee.
No refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.
Duration and Overtime:
Bookings are for a minimum of 2 hours.
Additional time is charged at 50 per hour or part thereof.
Capacity and Age Restrictions:
The game room has a maximum capacity of 30 people.
Children must be 7 years and older to attend.
Guests under 14 years must be accompanied by an adult.
Conduct and Liability:
Guests must follow all rules and instructions provided by staff.
Waivers must be completed during the start of each event.
Any damage caused to equipment or property will be the responsibility of the booking party.
Savannah's Gaming is not liable for personal injuries or lost/stolen items.
Food and Beverage Policy:
Outside food and drinks are not allowed unless pre-approved.
Alcohol is strictly prohibited.
Food and drinks are provided on premises.
Catered options are available upon request for separate cost.

Guests must adhere to all health and safety guidelines in place at the time of the booking.
Changes to Booking:
Changes to the booking time or date must be requested at least 7 days in advance and are subject to availability.
