The Day of Wedding Coordination package includes:
- Attend initial consultation with the bride
- Unlimited email and telephone communication
- Attend and direct wedding rehearsal
- Preparation of a wedding day itinerary
- Additional ACL Event Planning staff member(s) onsite for day of wedding
- Reserve room block for out-of-town guests
- Maintain contact with vendors and confirm arrangements for the wedding day
- Coordinate and direct vendors on the day of the wedding
- Assist with coordination of wedding programs, escort and place cards, and favors
- Provide/direct ushers for the ceremony, as needed
- Attend with bride on the day of the wedding
- Coordinate and direct decoration of ceremony and reception
- Coordinate setup and breakdown for ceremony and reception
- Distribute favors to guests
- Distribute payments to vendors on behalf of the bride and groom
- Attend and direct the ceremony and reception
- Ensure that bride and groom or officiant receive marriage license
- Troubleshoot on the wedding day
Terms and Conditions

Balance due 7 days prior to event
1. Phone or in-person consultation with the bride and groom
2. Prepare and review wedding budget
3. Research and book ceremony venue
4. Research and book reception venue
5. Review contracts for ceremony venue, reception venue, DJ/Band, florist, photographer, videographer, baker, caterer, transportation service, calligrapher, and party rentals
6. Research and book musicians
7. Research and book transportation for bride, groom, parents, bridal party
8. Research and book florist
9. Research and book cake designer/baker
10. Assist with customizing ceremony and reception events
11. Reserve rooms for out-of-town guests
12. Provide music requests and list to all musicians
13. Have bride and groom finalize wedding invitation list
14. Arrange to meet with caterer for tastings, and to discuss menu options, linens, etc.
15. Arrange for emcee and other speakers, as necessary
16. Coordinate guest book/wishing tree
17. Arrange for meeting with wedding officiant
18. Prepare wedding program, wedding weekend itinerary, and wedding day schedule for bride, groom, and bridal party
19. Confirm arrangements with booked venues and vendors; arrange for final payments, etc.
20. Provide information to bride and groom regarding marriage license requirements
21. Confirm rental requirements and drop-off times (tent, flooring, chairs, tables, linens, lounge furniture, etc.)
22. Assist with floorplan
23. Book hair and make-up artist for bride
24. Arrange for appropriate staffing for ceremony and reception
25. Incorporate color scheme and/or theme for wedding
26. Direct and coordinate decorations for ceremony and reception
27. Provide bride and groom with a list of preferred vendors
28. Provide seating details to ushers
29. Attend and direct wedding rehearsal
30. Attend, direct and oversee the ceremony including processional, recessional, and receiving line after ceremony. Provide supervision, guidance, support, assistance, and instructions for all events to run smoothly on the day of the wedding
31. Provide final payments from bride and groom to all vendors
32. Collect candles, guest book and pen, etc.
33. Oversee coordination with caterer, musicians, DJ/trio, cake designer, photographer, videographer, florist, limousine service
34. Coordinate first dance, cake cutting, bouquet throwing, garter toss, etc., other traditions, as requested
35. Collect all wedding gifts and cash received at reception and deliver them to pre-determined person/location
36. Ensure that bride and groom or officiant receive marriage license
37. Troubleshoot during the course of the planning and on the wedding day
Terms and Conditions
Payment Terms:
50% of total cost due upon signing of contract (non-refundable)
50% of balance is due 3 months prior to event
Final balance is due 7 days prior to event
1. Initial consultation with the bride and groom
2. Ongoing consultation: advise, answer questions and brainstorm ideas on all aspects of weddings such as etiquette, seating arrangements, church ceremony and reception, favors, decorations and music selections
3. Prepare and review wedding budget
4. Assistance with booking additional vendors (i.e. videographer, make-up artist, etc.)
5. Prepare schedule/timeline, checklists and wedding itinerary to keep all involved parties abreast of important dates and times
6. Assist with ceremony and reception planning
7. Decorate ceremony and reception venue
8. Assist with selection of ceremony music
9. Assist with selection of reception music
10. Provide music requests and list to all musicians
11. Have bride and groom finalize wedding invitation list
12. Coordinate guest book
13. Prepare wedding day schedule for bride, groom, and bridal party
14. Prepare vendor payment list and schedule
15. Confirm arrangements with booked venues and vendors; arrange for final payments, etc.
